How to use Puro Perks

Our Customer Service team is available 24/7 to assist you. You can call us anytime at 888-645-4168 or email us at [email protected]. You can also click here to submit an inquiry online. We typically respond to emails and inquiries within 24 hours!

To cancel your Puro Perks membership, visit your account settings from your online portal or contact Customer Service with your cancellation request.

To cancel online, sign in with your member credentials at PuroPerks.com/sign-in. Once you’ve signed in, click “Account” on your main menu, then select “Cancel Membership” from the dropdown. Follow the instructions provided to finalize your cancellation request.

To cancel through Customer Service, you can call us 24/7 at 888-645-4168. You can also email your cancellation request to [email protected] or submit your request online.

Once you cancel your membership, you’ll have access to your member benefits until the end of your monthly membership term. After you cancel, you’ll receive an E-Gift Card for the approved remaining balance stated in your Savings.

CIGARSINT* PURO PERKS is the billing descriptor that displays on your card or bank statement when you are charged the Puro Perks monthly membership cost.

Cigars International Purchases

As a Puro Perks member, you’ll automatically earn unlimited 10% Back every time you shop from Cigars International. The 10% Back is based on your final, qualifying purchase subtotal after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include gift card purchases, taxes, shipping charges, or any other added fees at checkout.

To earn 10% Back, simply make a purchase from Cigars International, either online, over the phone, or by mail order. Once your order ships, we’ll automatically add 10% of your purchase subtotal to your Puro Perks Savings.

We’ll send you an E-Gift Card for your total approved Savings at the time of your next monthly payout. As long as you shop online, over the phone, or by mail, no rebate claims are necessary to earn 10% Back at Cigars International !

Please note that all purchases must be made directly from Cigars International to qualify for 10% Back. Cigars International purchases made on third-party sites are not eligible for 10% Back. If you shop at a Cigars International Retail location, you can still earn 10% Back on your purchase, but you’ll need to submit a rebate claim through the Puro Perks portal. To do that, sign into your Puro Perks account and click “Rebates” from your main menu. Choose the "5% Back" rebate type, enter your purchase information, and when you are done it will reflect as 10% Back in your Savings.

After you make a purchase from Cigars International, we take 10% of your purchase subtotal and add it to your Puro Perks Savings.

The amount for 10% Back is based on your final, qualifying purchase subtotal after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include gift card purchases, taxes, shipping charges, or any other added fees at checkout.

Food or beverage purchases made at a Cigars International Retail location are not eligible for 10% back.

Unlike your 10% Back benefit, Shipping Rebates on purchases from Cigars International are not automatically applied to your Savings. If you paid for Saver shipping on a purchase from Cigars International submit a rebate claim to get reimbursed for those charges.

To submit a rebate claim, sign into your Puro Perks member portal and click “Rebates” on your main menu. Then, carefully follow the instructions provided to submit your claim.

Once we receive your claim and proof-of-purchase documentation, we’ll review your claim and apply it to your Puro Perks Savings.

Marketplace & Travel Retailers

The Marketplace includes 1,500+ popular retailers eligible for 5% Back, Shipping Rebates, and Return Shipping Rebates with your Puro Perks membership.

To visit the Marketplace, sign into your online account and click “Shop” on your main menu, then click “Shop Marketplace” from the dropdown.

You can earn 5% Back at Marketplace retailers when you shop online, in-store, over the phone, or by mail order. As a Puro Perks member, you can save up to $1,000 per 12-month membership period with 5% Back on your Marketplace purchases.

How to receive 5% cash back through the Puro Perks portal

Shop online through the Puro Perks portal to earn 5% Back automatically. If you shop at Marketplace retailers outside the Puro portal, whether online, in-store, or by mail order, your 5% Back will not be automatic. However, you can still submit a rebate claim to earn 5% Back on those purchases.

Shopping through the Puro Perks Portal:

  1. Sign into your Puro Perks account.
  2. On your main menu, click “Shop”, then “Shop Marketplace.”
  3. Find a retailer in the Marketplace and click through our links to shop online.
  4. After you click “Shop Now”, the retailer’s website will open in a new window. Complete your purchase in the new window to earn 5% Back automatically.

How to receive 5% Back outside of the Puro Perks portal

You can earn 5% Back on your in-store, online (not through the Puro Perks portal), phone, and mail order purchases, too. Simply shop at an eligible Marketplace retailer and submit a rebate claim to earn 5% Back. You can submit your rebate claim online from your Puro Perks account or mail in your rebate claim and proof-of-purchase instead.

As a member, you can earn 5% Back on flight, hotel, and rental car reservations made through your Puro Perks account.

Start by visiting the Travel page from your Puro Perks portal view a list of eligible travel merchants. Select a merchant from the list and click through the links to visit the merchant’s website. Simply complete your reservation in the new browser tab that opens to earn 5% Back.

For travel reservations made offline or outside the Puro Perks portal, simply submit a rebate claim and your proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 5% Back.

5% Back earned on travel reservations is paid out after your trip is complete and payment has been processed by the merchant you booked with. Your earnings will be applied to your Savings Center and included in your next E-Gift Card.

After you make an eligible purchase from a Marketplace retailer, we’ll add 5% Back to your Savings when your order ships. After you make an eligible purchase from a Travel retailer, we’ll add 5% Back to your Savings after your trip is complete and payment has been processed by the merchant you booked with. We’ll e-mail you an E-Gift Card for your total approved Savings on the 15th of every month.

5% Back is added to your Savings after you make an eligible Marketplace purchase. The amount for 5% Back is based on your final, qualifying purchase subtotal after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include taxes, shipping fees, or any other added fees at checkout.

As a member, you can save up to $1,000 per 12-month membership period with 5% Back on Marketplace and Travel purchases combined. One purchase per retailer per day is eligible for 5% Back. Gift card purchases, money orders, or purchases made using a retailer’s bill-pay service are not eligible for 5% Back.

Some Marketplace retailers have their own restrictions for 5% Back eligibility. To view restrictions for a specific retailer, visit the Marketplace from your member portal and click a retailer to view its page. Any orders returned or cancelled will not be eligible for 5% Back.

Shipping & Return Shipping Rebates

As a Puro Perks member, you can submit rebate claims to get reimbursed for your shipping and return shipping charges.

You can claim an unlimited number of Saver Shipping Rebates on purchases from Cigars International.

For Marketplace purchases, you can claim both Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates. With your membership, you’re eligible to claim up to $500 in Shipping Rebates and $500 in Return Shipping Rebates on Marketplace purchases every 12-month membership period.

You can claim unlimited Saver Shipping Rebates on purchases from Cigars International and get fully reimbursed for those charges. As long as you provide valid proof-of-purchase with every rebate claim, you’ll receive a rebate for those Saver shipping charges in the form of an E-Gift Card.

You can also claim Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates when you shop at Marketplace retailers. You’re eligible to claim up to $500 in Shipping Rebates and $500 in Return Shipping Rebates on Marketplace purchases every 12-month membership period.

In-store purchases from Marketplace retailers are only eligible for Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates if the store you purchased from orders the item and you’re charged for shipping as part of your purchase.

You can submit your Shipping and Return Shipping Rebate claims online or by mail. Here’s how:

Online Claims: Submit your rebate claim online from your Puro Perks member portal.

  1. Sign into your Puro Perks account.
  2. On your main menu, click “Rebates”.
  3. Select your rebate type and enter your purchase information.
  4. Submit your proof-of-purchase through the portal, or email it to [email protected]. If emailing, be sure to paste your claim number into the subject line of your email.

Mailed Claims: Send your proof-of-purchase to our mailing address.

  1. Mail your rebate form and proof-of-purchase documentation to:

  2. Our Puro Perks Customer Service team will create your claim and add any approved earnings to your Savings.

Please note that to be eligible for Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates, your claims must be submitted within 60 days of your original purchase date. Approved rebates are normally added to your Savings total within 3 weeks of submission.

Yes, you must submit rebate claims within 60 days of your original purchase date. Claims submitted after the 60-day mark will not be approved for reimbursement.

Proof-of-purchase is a form of documentation that validates your payment for any given purchase. You must provide a valid form of proof-of-purchase with every rebate claim submitted.

Examples of valid proof-of-purchase include:

  • A sales receipt
  • An order confirmation page
  • An order confirmation email
  • A packing slip

For online claims, you can submit your proof-of-purchase documentation through the portal when you claim your rebate, or you can email it to [email protected]. If you choose to email, you’ll be given a unique claim number to include with your submission. Simply copy and paste your claim number into the subject line of the email with your proof-of-purchase attached.

Savings

All your Savings from Puro Perks will appear on your Savings page in your member portal. To view your Savings, sign into your Puro Perks member account online and click “Savings” on your main menu.

You can also check up on your Savings and the status of your claims by calling Customer Service at 888-645-4168.

On the 15th of every month, we’ll e-mail you an E-Gift Card for your approved savings on all qualifying purchases made the previous month.

All mailed claims must be sent and postmarked before the end of the month to receive an E-Gift Card for those claims the next month. For example, if you make a purchase and submit your rebate claim between January 1-31, your E-Gift Card for that purchase will be issued on February 15th. If you make a purchase on February 1, your E-Gift Card will be issued on March 15th.
